both/and

My dear friend, Lee Hicks, created this video.  I thought some in this community may enjoy it.

For educators who wish to share this with their students, there are also lesson plans and curriculum connections for the Ontario Curriculum available at My GSA

I am so proud of of Lee for all he has accomplished here.  I hope this message is spread far and wide. :)

Lawnmower

The Bean isn't walking on his own yet, but he does pretty well pushing his "lawnmower" (as we call it) around.

Those of you with toddlers, what age did your child/ren start walking on their own?   I have a feeling we might have an early walker on our hands.

P.S.  I just love the little look he gives me at the end.  Don't you?

What Would You Tell Your Pregnant Self?

While surfing the internet the other day, I ended up clicking a link* that brought me to this video:

I thought it was quite touching.  (I've found I've become a bit of a sap ever since becoming a parent.)

And, of course, it begs the question: What would you tell your pregnant self?

Movement

Just a short video I took last night of the baby moving around... watch for him around 30 seconds in and then again right near the end. He's pretty active, especially in the evenings when Jen is relaxing on the couch. (And after she's had some jellybeans! ;) )
